How do I sign up?

Your trainer will provide you with a link to your chosen package or program, or through our products page. Signup is easy and only takes a couple of minutes!

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards only. We are able to take in person payments depending on the trainer. Please note that at this stage we are unable to process direct debits via bank account.

Do you provide on-site, corporate or training outside of the gym?

Absolutely! We offer a wide variety of training options, including virtual classes over the internet using a range of technologies including Zoom, Skype and more. Please contact us to discuss how we can build a solution to suit your needs!

When do payments process?

We process payments in advance, and these are put through every Monday.

How do I suspend my PTU training package?

How do I cancel my PTU training package?

Please speak with your trainer first, as we may have alternatives available! If however you wish to cancel your PTU Membership, please click this link and we'll be in touch to process the request.
