In addition to being a PTUnlimited Personal Trainer, Ella is a kickboxing instructor, in addition to coaching using unconventional strength and conditioning methods like maces, clubs, battle ropes and more! Ella's fitness philosophy is all about helping people discover their inner strength and finding their niche. As someone who has found great strength and happiness through martial arts and other forms of training, Ella is driven and passionate about sharing that love with others. As someone who lives with a Chronic illness, Ella realises just how important exercise can be when it comes to managing chronic pain - It's her mission to learn how to work around such issues, and to be able to help as many people as possible push through and achieve all of their goals.
